Esk Hills is 76 ha (188 acres) of elevated land enjoying awe inspiring views of superb and greatly differing character. A select number of outstanding homestead sites are offered with the generous average size exceeding 5,000 sqm. Enclosing and encompassing all sites is an area of 44 ha (109 acres) of natural reserves and open spaces creating a parkland feel to the development.
The house sites have been carefully located to take maximum advantage of the magnificent views, to blend into the natural landscape, to protect and enhance native bush and to preserve large areas of sun drenched open spaces.
