SITE DESCRIPTION: Gentle contours surround a large flat building platform, with direct access from Esk View Road. Adjacent land to the north forms a contoured area falling towards Hill Road and The Esk Valley with Esk View Road bordering the site to the South. The site has a northerly aspect with views across to the Esk Valley over vineyards and up the Valley towards the Kaweka Ranges. To the south longer distance views across the Ahuriri Estuary and west along Seafield Road with its clusters of mature native and exotic trees amongst the grazed  grassland hills.
