SITE DESCRIPTION: A large triangular building platform situated at the end of the cul-de-sac. The site provides a 180 degree view towards Hawke Bay with views to the south of Napier and beyond to Cape Kidnappers and to the east uninterrupted views of the Bay. In the immediate vicinity are views of the Heipipi Reserve (Department of Conservation land) and views to the east across native bush owned and managed by the Residents Society.
