SITE DESCRIPTION: Sloping building platform situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. A relatively steep back to the platform provides the ability to create a private and sheltered homestead. The site has predominantly a northerly aspect adjacent to native bush reserves, with views over the Esk Valley vineyards and further up the Valley towards the Kaweka Ranges. Longer distance easterly views over the coast line of Hawke Bay toward Tangoio Bluff and further to the Mahia Peninsula.
