SITE DESCRIPTION: Large gently sloping to flat building platform surrounded by native bush reserves. Access is via a mainly private single track road off Esk Hill Drive. 270 degree views with a mainly southerly aspect but still enjoying all day sun. Views along the Esk Valley to the northwest over and to the south views over native bush in the foreground (in part an Esk Hills reserve) to and across Hawke Bay. The site is bounded to the south and south west by mature native bush providing a natural feel. A sheltered and secluded site due to the location within the development, the topography and planting around the site.
