SITE DESCRIPTION: A gently sloping building platform situated at the end of the right of way access. A steep rear bank to the section provides a feeling of seclusion with the native bush to the west and along the access road providing a natural feel to the site. The platform faces predominantly west looking directly along Seafield Road Valley, with views across grassed hill sides indispersed with poplar, kanuka and pine clusters. In the foreground the site overlooks one of the Esk Hills native bush reserves(owned and managed by the Residents Society).
